Once a project has begun, R Perry maintains full time site coordinators to record daily logs, review quality and timeliness of subcontractors, conduct daily meetings with subcontractors to ensure our timely goals and maintain good communication with the owners of each project.

R Perry Construction also evaluates projects for constructability, provides cost estimates, helps maintain project scheduling, and works with owners to meet quality and time objectives.
